Today, I stand before you not just as an executive coach but as a fellow traveler who has navigated the tumultuous seas of life and emerged stronger, more confident, and more focused. I've faced daunting challenges and surmounted them, from earning my place in a male-dominated business environment to rebuilding my life in a new country at the age of forty.
Even before this dramatic shift in my life, I had honed my skills and made my mark in the business world. Raised with a keen sense of fairness, I initially chose law as a means to restore balance in the world, only to discover that law battles were more about winners and losers than fairness. So, I sought out new pathways, transitioning into project management, then general management, and eventually into finance, before finally discovering my true calling in leadership coaching.
This journey, coupled with a relentless drive to learn and adapt, has shaped me into the coach I am today. My coaching journey is about helping leaders thrive, not just survive, in today’s unpredictable world. My mission is to create workspaces where people can show up as their authentic selves, contribute their unique talents, and feel valued.
